GRATITUDE LETTER WORKSHOP
Did you know that one of the biggest indicators of happiness is gratitude? Doesn’t it feel A-MAZING when someone verbalizes how much they appreciate you or something you’ve done? Come pick from an array of stationary to write gratitude letters to those individuals for whom you are most thankful. I promise that you will walk away at the end of the evening feeling warm and fuzzy. Stamps are provided.
FINDING YOUR HAPPY
Do you feel like your happiness lies in the hands of other people? Do you find yourself blaming others when things aren’t going right? Believe it or not, YOU are the creator of your own happiness. Come learn strategies to bring more happiness into your life by getting clear on what happiness means to you and owning your power to create more happiness in your life. “Come on, get happy!”
Some people make New Year’s resolutions…others manifest what they want to happen in their lives! Get clear on your goals for 2019. And then put the Law of Attraction to the test and create your own one-of-a-kind vision board. Magazines and boards are provided.
CREATING YOUR LOVE RESUME
Are you sick and tired of looking for love in ALL the wrong places? Have you sworn off men/women since your last relationship went bad? There’s hope! The first step in finding love (aside from insuring that you love yourself) is to get really clear about the kind of person you want in your life. What are your “must-haves”? What are your “would-be-nice-to-haves”? What are your favorite qualities about yourself? What kinds of things do you like to do with a partner? Come create a LOVE RESUME fill with your strengths, what you’re looking for in a partner as well as growth experiences that you have learned from previous relationships that make you feel sure that you are ready to enter a healthy and rewarding relationship.
THE ART OF REFRAMING
Sometimes, all it takes to feel happier and more fulfilled in life is to CHOOSE to feel that way? Skeptical? Research shows us that it’s how we choose to perceive situations in our life that determine our outlook on it. In this workshop, Lucinda will teach you the art of reframing. By the time you leave, you will be able to reframe even the most painful life experiences into learning experiences and/or opportunities for growth.
ATTITUDE OF GRATITUDE

We get lost in what’s NOT working in our lives and quickly become frustrated, sad or anxious. Spending just 5-10 minutes per day on daily gratitude can not only improve your mood, but it can improve your relationships with others AND make you more productive. Pick out your gratitude journal from Lucinda’s collection to begin your daily gratitude practice that night!
